SS Comforts Hotel Refund Policy

At SS Comforts Hotel, we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and hassle-free stay. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before 7 days of check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellation between 3 to 7 days of check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of check-in: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Early Check-Out

  • If a guest checks out earlier than the booked stay duration, a refund will not be applicable for the unused nights.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Special Cases

  • Refunds due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, medical emergencies, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.
